Birth Doula

Birth is an incredible, transformative experience, and I’m here to support you at every moment as you prepare to welcome your baby. My passion as a birth doula lies in helping you feel empowered, informed, and confident as you approach your birth in a way that aligns with your unique desires and instincts. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between, I’m by your side to ensure you feel heard and respected. Birth is not just about bringing a baby into the world—it’s about bringing you into a deeper connection with yourself, your body, and your power.

From providing evidence-based information to advocating for your birth preferences, I’ll be there to guide you through the intensity and beauty of labour, making sure you feel grounded and safe. My support also extends to your birth partner helping everyone feel prepared and connected.

Every birth is unique, and my goal is to help you birth without fear, with as much joy, peace, and confidence as possible. I’m here to nurture you, hold space for you, and ensure you feel fully supported as you bring your baby into the world, in your way.

  • This service costs £1665 and is subject to a 50% deposit upon booking.

  • Yes, I believe that support should be accessible to everyone and offer payment plans for those that need to pay in smaller installments. Get in touch to discuss options available.

  • Yes! All packages are completely customisable as not every journey is the same. If you would like to remove some services or add others, just get in touch and we can discuss a plan that's completely tailored to you and your needs.

  • No, a doula is not the same as a midwife. A midwife provides medical care, while a doula offers emotional, physical, and informational support as well as advocacy throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

  • Yes, a doula can offer amazing support during a caesarean birth!

As your doula I'll be there to help you feel informed and comfortable with the procedure, providing emotional support throughout. Just because you are having a caesarean birth, it doesn't mean that you can't gently birth your way!

After your baby is born, I’ll be by your side to assist with those sacred first moments of bonding and help with breastfeeding, ensuring you feel deeply nurtured and connected as you begin this beautiful journey together.

  • If you are outside of Cornwall but would really like to have me support your birth, I also provide virtual doula services which offers all the good stuff from the in-person package but via Zoom and Whatsapp instead. If you would like more information, feel free to get in contact and we can create the virtual support that's right for you.
